Essential Criteria;
Able to work in the UK full time (no sponsorship available).
Experience working in an IT/Helpdesk support position, supporting software, hardware, applications (2+ years).
Able to travel to Chalfont (five days per week).
Able to commit to shift patterns (earliest starting 6am, latest finishing 8pm).
Microsoft Office 365 skillset; support, troubleshooting and administration).

Job Description
Accurately logging incidents into the helpdesk.
Speaking to customers to handle requests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests.
Operating a switching matrix, you will form part of the transmission chain, ensuring that correct audio sources reach the desired destination.
Your technical expertise will be vital in providing support for laptops, apps, mobiles, and recording studios.
Offering hardware, software and application support – troubleshooting, issue diagnosis and resolution.
Efficient problem solving, and ability to effectively communicate updates.
Currently using the
Microsoft stack, skills with Office 365 are essential
(including but not limited to; user permissions, shared drives, back-end administration, licensing, onboarding new users, troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
We are looking for someone with excellent people skills, an enthusiasm for technology and media, who can solve problems with a positive attitude.
At our network operations centre in Chalfont you will work shifts
(earliest 6:00am to 2pm and latest finish midday to 8:00pm weekdays) , as part of a small and dynamic multi-skilled team supporting and delivering services across the globe. The shift pattern will rotate, allowing for an even spread of early, regular, and late finishes –
alongside working from home opportunities.
