Are you an Service Desk Team Lead looking for a new challenge?
I am looking for a motivated and experienced Service Desk Team Lead to join an established Managed Service Provider in Huddersfield. The role requires you to be in the office 4 days a week.
The Service Desk Team Lead will deputise the helpdesk team and provide 3rd line technical support to our customers, responding to service tickets and resolving issues in a timely fashion. You must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, as well as have a good understanding of Windows Servers, virtualisation technologies, networking and windows Servers
