An opportunity has arisen for a Site Engineer to join the team, providing unparalleled service excellence to our clients onsite in the London area.An opportunity has arisen for an Onsite Service Desk Engineer to join the team at one of our biggest clients, providing unparalleled service.Skills:You will have good knowledge of Windows Workstations HardwareExperience supporting Microsoft software (Office, Exchange, Active Directory, Server etc.)Previous face to face customer service experienceMicrosoft 365 Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint OnlineExperience supporting macOS software.This role would require you to: Minimum 1+ years of working within a customer focused IT environment roleYou should have excellent communication skillsExcellent Troubleshooting SkillsBe a keen and a fast learner and be enthusiastic about helping users.Confident communication skills across phone, email and face-to-faceSound organisational ability and able to prioritiseEnsuring SLAs are met; time to respond, time to resolve and first-time-fix.Willingness to learn, gain relevant qualifications and accreditation'sWork well under pressureThe Package:Working hours will be 40 hours a week during standard business hours (Monday – Friday, between 9am – 6pm UK time)Package dependent on experienceMonthly team events out of the office.Continual professional development plansLoads of social activities!Good luck and please bear in mind we receive a very high number of applications; we will endeavour to get back to all applicants, however, we thank you for understanding this is not always possible for unsuccessful applicants.
