They help world-class hospitality companies in over 50 countries to optimise revenue generation, simplify service operations and enhance the quality of guest communications.Support Analyst (EPOS) 4 days on - 4 days off shift rota Job Purpose/Responsibilities You will provide support to our global hotel customer base for our EPOS system (xnPOS). This involves:
installing new modules
working with other vendors to identify interface bugs
identify configuration issues or bugs within the software
Working a 37.5-hour week on Monday – Sunday shift rota
This is an ideal role for those who have worked on EPOS support before or have worked in hospitality and want to further their career.
Previous experience of IT/EPOS Support
Proactive, motivated and a team player
Good time management
Experience of working with SLAs and KPIs
Additional language: French, German, Spanish
