Job Description
Service Desk Support Analyst
Location: Milton Keynes, UK with an opportunity to work from home.
Salary: £22000 - £25000 per annum + Bonus
UK passport /Settled status/ILR status holder is required as you will undergo UK Security Check clearance for this role.
Identifi global are the resourcing partner for Issured, an award-winning business transformation consultancy and developer of secure IT solutions. They are looking to recruit a Service Desk Support Analyst.
As a Service Desk Support Analyst, you will report to the Service Delivery Manager. You will exhibit a clear and friendly customer focus and demonstrate excellent communication skills. You will establish productive working relationships with internal staff, clients, and suppliers to ensure the very best service is provided to all parties. Attention to detail and compliance with Issured policies and procedures are essential.
What will you be doing?
Responding to inbound technical service requests over the phone, Teams or in person.
Accurately and efficiently log all issues and status updates in our Service Desk Tool.
Track and resolve support tickets within established SLA's to promptly meet user's needs.
Escalate service incidents to 2nd line technical support and problem management where required.
Assist with the administrative tasks of running the service desk as directed by the Service Delivery Manager.
What are we looking for?
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Competent experience in using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and other tools.
Ability to prioritise user requests effectively and manage user expectations within a fast-paced environment.
Passion for driving exceptional customer experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A passion for continuous learning and self-development.
Must be able to quickly grasp technical concepts and apply them to complex problems.
You will need to cover 7am-7pm, working a shift pattern (7am-3pm/9am-5pm/11am – 7pm) and 1 in 4 weekends (extra pay for weekends)
You will need to undergo Security Clearance, this will entail background checks covering any criminal history, credit and finance and some wider elements.
