Job DescriptionService Desk Analyst – City of London –- £50,000 base + Overtime & BonusWe are delighted to be partnered with a Leading Brokerage firm in London, who due to continuous expansion are looking to bring on board a Service Desk Analyst to join their already established support function. You will act as the first point of contact for employees who are experiencing IT related issues: resolving queries, troubleshooting, escalating to specialists when needed and managing the technical relationships with the internal users. Please note this position will require 5 days a week onsite in the London office, with the potential for weekend work also.Candidates for this role will have exposure to: Windows OS (10 essential, experience with 11 would be a big plus)365, Active Directory, SCCM & VDIServiceNOWMacFinancial Services experience is advantageous but not essential.Please apply today or get in touch with me directly: #####
