Our client continues to expand, which has provided the opportunity for a motivated and forward-thinking Service Delivery Manager to join their ranks.If you are looking for a new challenge where you can champion and promote service improvement, then please don’t delay in getting in touch.THE PRE-REQUESITES:We are looking for individuals with several years in an SDM role, having worked in a multi customer environment, preferably with Managed Service industry experience.THE BACKGROUND:The Service Delivery Manager will be involved in a variety of tasks that requires working closely with the Support Desk, Account Management and Engineering teams. This exciting job role will be customer facing with interaction with clients, therefore a solid understanding of leading IT technologies is important.THE PURPOSE:If you can resolve client support requests, deliver services and projects; be responsible for service delivery whilst building and maintaining strong client relationships, and focus on maintaining working relationships, ensuring SLA’s are adhered to and engage with customers on service related initiatives and issues then we’d like to hear from you today.THE RESPONSIBILITIES:We are looking for someone who can champion and promote service improvement on an ongoing basis, analyse and review actual service performance against SLAs, ensuring that SLA’s are achieved and client expectations are met. Service Delivery Managers who can provide problem management support to high-profile customer issues and ensure root-cause analysis is conducted are likely to receive an immediate interview request.Candidates who can provide project management assistance; specify systems, processes and methodologies, to ensure effective monitoring, control and prepare client proposals and roadmaps; advising clients on technology directions that best support their business needs should apply today.THE CONCLUSION:If you have worked in an ‘MSP environment’ and/or the ‘financial services’ arena, can display and apply knowledge of technologies including: Microsoft, Infrastructure Networks, Thin Client technologies, Server Virtualisation coupled with an awareness and understanding of additional software programmes and technologies, then this is a job opportunity worth your interest.
