With their client-centric approach, they prioritise their client’s business needs, delivering innovative and flexible solutions every step of the way.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team & work closely with a major client in Aberdeen. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient with outstanding communication skills, capable of working onsite at different office locations across Scotland. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clients IT systems and infrastructure.Responsibilities:Oversee the delivery of IT services to our clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Face of ICT provider within Aberdeenshire client.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement service improvement initiatives.Conduct regular assessments of service delivery processes and identify areas for optimization.Gauge the user experience of IT systems and infrastructure, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on all matters related to IT service delivery.Requirements:Background in Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience in a similar role. Technical background with expertise in IT systems and infrastructure.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work effectively onsite at various office locations across Aberdeenshire.Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying issues.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CompTIA are a plus.Good understanding of the business world/sales in an IT environment.
