Service Delivery Manager - Insurance - Permanent - Remote

Service Delivery Manager required for a growing specialty insurance organization to join on a permanent basis to manage and deploy the business strategy by overseeing project change agendas and maintaining the overall road map.

The role is a great exposure to various streams of works and continuously changing portfolio of projects, giving you the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience to further your career within the organization.

Previous experience in a business facing role and excellent communication skills would be essential as well as good understanding of end-to-end project delivery and change management.

Note: The role is remote with occasional travel to the office with all travel expenses paid.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conducting in-depth analysis of processes, proposing recommendations, and collaborating with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans addressing business challenges
  • Working alongside other Service Delivery Managers on identifying potential improvements on business processes service standards across the company
  • Proposing and executing initiatives aimed at delivering tangible benefits and enhancing service quality
  • Taking responsibility for the effective management of business projects/programs to ensure successful delivery across the organization

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Service Delivery management role with end-to-end project delivery background
  • Knowledge/understanding of the insurance industry and more specifically London Market Specialty Insurance
  • Experience tracking project plans, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Experience facilitating workshops and coordinating meetings, ensuring clear objectives and outcomes are understood by participants
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to details
