GIDS delivers global omni-channel investor servicing, including contact centre, using digital services.About the role Accountable for Technology client engagement on behalf of the SS&C GIDS business in the UK, maintaining relationships with key IT contacts and business leaders to ensure effective communication and delivery of the highest standard of service to our clients.
Accountable specifically for service to Digital clients of GIDS including mobilising and leading the right projects to drive improvements to those clients in terms of service delivery Must have significant client/ senior stakeholder management experience in the financial services industry.Must be comfortable working in a highly functionalised global organisation with excellent collaboration skills Must be capable of quickly winning the trust of our clients through proactive and regular communications and delivery Must be capable of appropriately managing client expectationsYour responsibilitiesManage communication with SS&C’s GIDS Digital clients on behalf of the IT group for core disciplines including Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management.Ensure client specific requirements are understood and IT services meet client expectations.Deliver management information through regular reporting and service review meetings.Identify opportunities for service improvement and respond to client feedback.Actively work with IT peers to promote client focus and deliver an exceptional customer experience.Support requests for client oversight and due diligence.Your ExperienceEssentialProven Client Relationship Management and/or IT Service Management experienceProven ability to work across organisational boundaries to deliver for the business and our clientsKnowledge of technology best practices and standardsStrong communication skills: ability to translate complex technical information into digestible updates for clients and stakeholdersSkills in problem solving and logical thinkingAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to continuous changeDesirableExperience of Financial Services IT environmentUnderstanding of SS&C products and servicesITIL V3 (or above) FoundationEEO Statement / Non-agency DisclosureWe encourage applications from people of all backgrounds and particularly welcome applications from under-represented groups, to enable us to bring a diversity of perspectives to our thinking and conversation.
