If so, I have a fantastic opportunity for you!I’m looking to speak with individuals who can be the link between the company’s group security function and the UK IT team. You will have the opportunity to create and deliver security training for the organisation to improve the security knowledge and awareness of your colleagues. You will be able to demonstrate a service improvement mindset and an ability to manage 3rd party stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesTake the lead on the company’s UK Cyber Security Services, assuring critical operationsDeliver advice and guidance to ensure the UK team is compliant with the group functionMonitor compliance tools, reduce vulnerabilities and assess future risksEnsure compliance with Cyber Essentials, PCI DSS and ISO27001Manage major incidents through to conclusionAdvise on security requirements for any projects being undertaken by the organisationCreate and enhance security standards where required and ensure these are adhered to by internal and external stakeholdersMaintain best practice by managing suppliers and colleagues and leading business reviewsOversee security expenditure to ensure financial targets are metThe Ideal CandidateDemonstrable experience in a similar Service Delivery or Security role (5+years)Ability to multitask with excellent organisational skillsStrong communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsCapable of leading and motivating in a multi-functional environmentConflict resolver with excellent negotiation skills for both internal and external stakeholdersDriven and motivated to deliver service improvementDesired experience with:Managing 3rd parties to deliver a successful serviceTraining and educating colleagues around securityWriting policies and ensuring adherence to frameworksCyber EssentialsPCI DSSISO27001If you would like to be considered for this role, apply below, or get in contact with Andrew Rose for further details.Xpertise are acting as an employment agency and business
