Residents are actively involved in their community, enjoying regular fitness classes, sports, healthy eating support and much more. Independent living is an area of speciality, in addition to nursing care provided onsite
The purpose of the role is:
To ensure that regulatory requirements are met across the services of responsibility.
To take full responsibility for the management of the service/s and to provide the
highest quality of care and support to the people we support.
To work with the delivery team and Quality Improvement Team to ensure the
services are rated good or outstanding or equivalent depending on the regulator.
