Secure Communications is part of Airbus Defence and Space; Europes leading defence company. We are a world leader in military satellite communication services, providing solutions that benefit from the companys 40+ years of experience delivering and maintaining communication services for military and defence users.
Reporting directly to the Service Delivery Lead you will support activities across all stakeholders within Airbus, adhering to both contractual targets and Airbus processes. You will be responsible for collating and producing both internal and external reports of the contract deliverables. You will attend meetings and take minutes as required.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
Reporting the P&L of the contract as directed by the Service Lead
Coordination of customer satisfaction and feedback ideas for improvement.
Attend and minute meetings as required by the Service Lead
Collating of KPI reports/Contractual reports
ABOUT YOU
Knowledge of office based IT tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Be able to extract information and formulate reports.
Familiarity with ITIL processes
