Job Description
Role and responsibilities:
You will report to the Service Coordination Team Lead.
The role will have two main functions
Maintain all EMEA Service inventory postings on a daily basis in our ERP to ensure 100% stock accuracy and postings are done within the month they are used, including reconciliation
Manage all warranty service item records within the ERP, alongside the service team.
Track all service orders that include spare parts on a daily basis for EMEA, ensuring they have the correct information: items, location codes and serial numbers (where relevant) on the order
Ensure all inventory transactions are added to their respective SVO by the field service team, chase down any discrepancies to a close
Work with Service Supply Chain (EMEA) for consumption data and open backlog
Provide a weekly report on transaction MTD in line with FY budget/forecasting
Generate reports for transactional data (consumptions on daily/weekly basis) & what is to be posted (Backlog) for inventory cost forecasting
Manage all transactions through the system to capture all inventory for all EMEA Service locations
Support the service supply chain team with inventory transactions in the ERP
Ensure all EMEA locations that require a stock count are completed in the system correctly.
Planning annual stock counts with Service Coordination team to meet OSI Audit requirements
Work with Global service supply chain team as regional lead for stock count compliance.
Maintain record of service items in the ERP that are subject to active warranty and update information accordingly in the database
Manage all supporting documentation in the system (and maintain confidentiality).
