With over 50 years’ experience, Monarch Water are the UK’s market leader in the distribution of water softeners. At our premises in Diss we have a full production and R&D facility, both of which sit alongside our head office.We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly customer service coordinator to join our busy team based in Diss. Working within our service admin team, you will handle customer service queries, log service and maintenance visits, plan engineers work load, and provide general admin support where required.You need to be able to work as part of a team and on occasions work unsupervised.You will need to have great communication skills, be open and friendly, while efficiently handling customer queries and promoting Monarch’s range of products and services.You will also need a good knowledge of Microsoft office products. Dealing with general customer enquiries and booking of service and maintenance visits. Work as part of a high performing team. Able to work independently as well as in a team. Process payments via telephone. Stock management and ordering. Diary management for engineers. General admin duties (including data processing)
