Your responsibilities will include-

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their requirements, and coordinating the delivery of plant machinery and equipment according to their needs.
• Efficiently schedule the deployment of plant machinery and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to job sites and minimizing downtime.
• Address any issues or concerns raised by customers promptly and effectively, finding suitable solutions to meet their requirements and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of plant hire transactions, including contracts, invoices, and equipment condition reports. Generate regular reports on equipment utilization, maintenance activities, and customer feedback

Experience essential for this role -

• Service Coordinator experience in Plant Hire is preferred but not essential

• Must have exceptional organisational skills
• Great communication skills and problem solving skills
