Your new company Successful, established and growing business looking for an experienced co-ordinator.Your new role.Fast-paced, friendly team, great atmosphere, we are looking for a candidate who is looking for a long term, permanent full time job with a great company that has a lot to offer!Your role:-• Responding to any customer's queries (email and phone) relating to service works and scheduling all types of engineers’ works to maximise engineer efficiency.• Organising appointments and raising job paperwork.• Coordinating working rotas and updating company service database.• Monitor and report on performance and supporting the service administrator/providing cover during annual leaveFull job description available at registration.What you'll need to succeed This is a busy role working within an established service department. We're searching for an extremely organised person who wants to take ownership of the job. Previous engineer coordination experience is essential, as are sound Excel skills.What you'll get in return 22 days holiday, free parking, early finish (2 o clock) 3 out of 4 Fridays!
