The coordination of service policies and protocols ensuring these are up to date and centralised will be a key role.The successful post holder will be able to demonstrate an effective management style, encouraging and supporting innovative thinking from staff within the service and other departments, service users, carers and families. A key role will be to support the service leads with managing online systems.
