Service Charge OfficerLondon BridgeFull Time – HybridTemporaryWe have the fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a team based in London Bridge, as a Service Charge Officer. This is a full time, temporary position with an initial contract period between 3-6 months. This position offers a hybrid working approach, with 2 days a week office based and 3 days working from home. The Service Charge Officer will be responsible for the accurate production of service charge statements, answering customer queries, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed promptly.RequirementsStrong previous experience in an administrative rolePrevious experience within a Housing Association is desirableAble to plan and prioritise high volume workloadsAble to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesStrong attention to detail, self-motivatedExcellent IT skills, including using Excel, Access, Powerpoint, and WordExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenRole ExpectationsEffectively manage service charge enquiries, providing a responsive, excellent, customer-focused and efficient serviceCo-ordinate and manage the end-to-end case management process, including customer contact, investigation and providing a clear and comprehensive response to the queryProducing clear, understandable breakdowns and summaries of service charges for customersProactively contact customers promoting the team as a key point of contact for any service charge concernsCalculate and produce accurate actual and estimated service charges statementsMonitor and analyse the service charge spend on each scheme monthly, investigating and resolving any variations and where required or appropriate, proactively communicating with customers about these variationsInvestigate queries, ensuring invoices and costs have been correctly allocatedLiaise with key internal and external partnersRespond to customer enquiries using case management techniques, investigating and escalating issues as necessaryIf you are interested in this position and meet the above criteria, please send your CV now for consideration.If you require any additional information regarding the position, please call Beth at Service Care Solutions on (phone number removed) or send an E-Mail to (url removed) Keep UpdatedSubscribe to our newsletter and get the latest care news direct to your inbox
