Service Charge Analyst

Trade Team Recruitment are currently looking for Service Charge Analysts for immediate starts in Croydon
About the role

• Working for a local housing association you will be supporting the manager to ensure all expenditure is levied to customers accurately and on time


• You will be required to work through a backlog end of year statements to bring all accounts up to date


• Help the customer to resolve any issues that they may have


• Ensure invoices are logged onto the system promptly


• Deliver timely certification of relevant service charge accounts


• Prepare and issue mailings and ad hoc letters to residents relating to service charges


• Navigate multiple systems to extrapolate budget and actual data


• Hours are either 08:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:00


• 3 days in the office ( Tues, Wed & Thurs) and 2 days working from home ( Mon & Fri).


• �20.88 per hour paid on a weekly basis

About you

• Previous experience in a similar role


• Previous experience of accounting systems


• Previous IT skills, including using Excel, Access, Powerpoint, and Word


• Previous experience within a Housing Association is desirable
