The office is based in Hitchin and you will be joining a small team and looking after 10-15 quality properties. This requires someone with a keen eye for detail and values their work to a high standard, they pride themselves on their office atmosphere and need someone committed and driven to come and join them. The software Qube experience is essential for this position as they ideally want to hit the ground running.Your Role: As a Service Charge Accountant your responsibilities will include.
* Preparation of draft budgets.
* Reviewing all service charge accounts
* Supporting team with other functions when required.
* Preparing of year end accounting packages for accountantsWhat Sets Our Client Apart:
