As they continue expand their operations, they are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Service and Warranty Coordinator to join their team.As a Service and Warranty Coordinator your responsibilities will be.Point of contact / Managing customer contract issues and enquiries and updating these within internal CRM system.Pivotal central liaison between Field Service Engineers, customer and warranty teams to ensure the delivery of parts both internally and externally in a timely manner.You will work with the Engineering and Parts departments to identify parts, raise part numbers, delivery of warranty and order entry for service parts.Liaising with the customer when needed to agree labour/expenses rates are agreeable and in line with quotes provided.If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and have the skills to excel in this role, then please do send your CV across
