Service Advisor

Porsche Retail Group (PRG) have an excellent opportunity for a Service Advisor to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands and join Porsche Centre West London.
This role plays a key part within the dealership, advise potential, new and existing customers on which service, or maintenance, may be required to be performed on their vehicle.

Core Responsibilities

• Ascertain the customers’ automotive issues and conducting technical visual inspections
• Checking vehicle maintenance records and examining service schedules  
• Booking walk in customers and upselling Porsche Service’s and accessories.
• Raise orders for parts identified
• Identify and sell value added services and accessories  
• Track the vehicle through the workshop, remaining in constant communication with the customer during the repair process, and ensuring delivery of the vehicle at the promised time

• Salary of £33,865 based on experience,  with an OTE of £50K +

• Free car parking a short walk from both sites. Free onsite for bikes, bicycles and scooters
• There are 32 ramps across both locations
