Job DescriptionWe are working with a main dealership in the Gravesend area who are seeking a Motor Vehicle Service Advisor. Job Role – Service Advisor
Job Location – Near Gravesend
Salary – OTE is around £28k – £30k
Hours: Mon-Fri 7.30am 6.30pm (Thursday to 7.00pm. Working on a shift pattern) / Saturday 8.00am-5.00pm rota 1 in 4
Candidate Specification:
Main Dealer experience desirable
Kerridge experience desirable
Maximum 45 minute commute time
Flexible in approach
Good communicator
Balanced approach
Ability to work within a team frame work
Ability to take instruction
Can deliver a world class customer experience
As a Service Advisor you will ensure the highest standard of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.
In particular my client is looking for some one with strong customer service skills who has excellent customer rapport and can deliver great CSI results, along with being confident with up-sell opportunities.
