Service Advisor – Corby -Basic Salary -Up to £26,000 –OTE - £32,000 –Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm -Saturday (1 in 2) 8am – 12pm -Our client, a busy Franchised Car Dealership in Corby has the requirement for a Service Advisor to join their successful Aftersales team.ResponsibilitiesAs a Service Advisor your responsibilities will include:Meet and Greet CustomersExplain to customers the work due to be carried out on their vehicleAccurate completion of courtesy car insurance paperworkCalling customers with progress updates and advise of any work neededLiaising with the Workshop, Parts Department, Valeting Team and Drivers.Invoicing work carried outInvoice explanation and taking paymentQuoting, introducing and selling of Service PlansEnsuring all Warranty paperwork is correctly completedDelivering the highest level of customer service at all timesExperience, Skills & QualificationsEssential Requirements:3 years stable face to face Customer Service experienceFull UK Driving LicenceDesirable Requirements:Motor Trade experienceRemuneration & BenefitsBasic Salary of up to £26,000On Target Earnings £32,000Privately Owned Dealer GroupAttractive Benefits PackageWorking HoursMonday to Friday 8am – 6pmSaturday (1 in 2) 8am – 12pm (paid as overtime)Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, Service Receptionist, Service Team Leader, Service Team Manager, Senior Service Advisor, Customer Service, Parts Advisor, Parts Supervisor
