Porsche Retail Group (PRG) have an excellent opportunity for a Service Advisor to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands and join Porsche Centre Hatfield.If you’re an experienced Service Advisor, ideally with recent dealership experience, we’d love to hear from you.What you’ll be doing as a Service Advisor
Advising potential, new and existing customers on which service or maintenance may be required to be performed on their vehicleAscertaining the customers’ automotive problems Providing a quality ownership experience at all times Take bookings from walk in customers, upselling services and accessoriesPrepare job cards, service and repair estimatesTracking the vehicle through the workshop and updating the customer on progressPrepare invoices and take payment Conduct post service follow ups 24 hours after the customer has collected their vehicle

A basic salary of up to £34,000 dependant on experienceAnnual bonus of up to £6,00025 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, with extra days for long serviceFixed hours each week - no shift patterns.
