Service AdvisorLocation:Basingstoke, HampshireSalary :£26,000 to £35,000 OTE*Plus, fantastic benefits Hours of work:Monday to Friday (8AM-6PM) 1 in 3 Saturday (8AM-12.30PM)Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a specialist organisation who as a result of success are growing the business.As a Service Advisor you will be responsible forMaintain customer records.Manage the invoice process.Build and maintain relationships with internal departments and 3rdProvide estimates to customers.Deal with customer enquiries by telephone and face to faceManaging the flow of information from internal departments to the customer.Delivering excellent customer service.Manage customer expectations.Deal with customer complaintsEnsure all relevant paperwork is completed and filed according to company policyThe ideal Service Advisor will have:Drive and determinationWill want to learn.Will be able to multitask, be adaptable to changeWill have previous experience within an administration role.Will be fully competent in using Microsoft OfficeWill have good communications skills.Will want to develop within an organisation.
