Provide customer care and communicate between the customers and the workshop Inform and consult on vehicle servicing Update customers at every stage of the process Liaise with technicians about vehicle statuses Give advice on products and services
Required Skills - Service Advisor
Proven experience working as a Service Advisor Excellent communication skills Knowledge of Kerridge would be extremely advantageous
