Are you an experienced Service Advisor? Do you have experience in the Commercial, Nissan, Kia or Van industry? Are you looking for a new position with a well-established, growing company?

I am working with a Northwest based business who specialise in commercial car and van sales who require an experienced Service Advisor to join their dealership in Wigan. They are looking at bringing someone in who can ensure excellent communication is adhered to between customers and the workshop department.
Your duties as a Service Advisor will include but not be limited to:

I am working with a Northwest based business who specialise in commercial car and van sales who require an experienced Service Advisor to join their dealership in Wigan. They are looking at bringing someone in who can ensure excellent communication is adhered to between customers and the workshop department.
Your duties as a Service Advisor will include but not be limited to:
- Working with the service and workshop team to receive inbound service calls/bookings
- Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and to a high standard
- Monitoring works progress, consulting with various departments to ensure vehicles are completed and updated on time
- Organising and supporting with customer vehicle collections and handovers
- Processing payments and follow up actions
- Experience of minimum 3 years within a service role
- Ideally have knowledge of Nissan, Korean, Citroen or Van industries
- Ideally you will have knowledge of RTC, Kerridge or OneLink however full training will be provided on this
- A great communicator
- Able to work with multiple sectors within a business, meaning you will have great interpersonal skills
- Warranty knowledge would be ideal
