Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor

Location: Hertford, United Kingdom

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Salary Range: �25,500 to �30,000 per annum + Bonuses + Overtime

Bonus Potential: Up to �7,200 in bonuses annually

Working Hours: 1 in 3 weekends, Saturday mornings included

Overtime Pay: Time and a half

Job Description:

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience in their vehicle service journey. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and assessing their service needs
• Providing accurate and detailed information on service options, costs, and timelines
• Scheduling service appointments and managing the service queue
• Coordinating with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of work
• Communicating with customers on the status of their vehicles and any additional service recommendations
• Handling customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of automotive systems and services
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
