SERVICE ADVISOR ~ CUSTOMER SERVICE

Job Description
We’re on the hunt for a talented and engaging Client Service Advisor / Account Handler to come and join the Towergate Insurance Direct.
As a Client Service Advisor you will provide broking services to new and existing customers over the phone and by email. You will also provide direct support to Customers and management in order to support the growth of the business.
Providing support to clients other team members and Team Leader/Manager in the day to day running of clients/prospects portfolios including all appropriate actions for renewal and during the course of the year or as part of the new business process
Providing technical expertise and support to both internal and external customers and prospects
Support the creation of presentations for both new and existing clients;
Proactively start and manage the gathering of relevant data for client renewals and mid-term adjustments, ensuring accuracy at all times;
Previous experience of delivering high levels of customer service
Previous experience of working towards targets and measured Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
Experience of commercial insurances or Personal lines ideally within a broking or Insurer environment.
Fully proficient with Microsoft Office applications
