Batchelors of York are currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor.This is a key role within our service department working closing with our customers to meet their service needs. Duties will include liaising with the service team and customer advisors, the administration of service bookings, carrying out pre-calls prior to the customer visit, raising job cards, updating customers of service progress, upselling identified work, and preparing and creating invoices.The ideal candidate will need to have previous experience, be customer focused, have good organisational skills whilst having the ability to prioritise the day to day needs of the service reception desk, have good literacy, numeracy skills and selling skills. Ideally you should also be commutable to our Ripon and Otley branch.Salary: £26,000 with an OTE of £29,000 per year.
