Weare recruiting for a Service Advisor, to join our team in Leeds.

About You
You must be able to work as part of a team of Service Advisors in a busy, fast past andrewarding environment. Customer focus, relationship maintenance andcommunication skills are of paramount importance in this role.
Asa Service Advisor your duties will include dealing with all customers in aprofessional and prompt manner, portraying a positive first impression of theService Department. Advising Customers on technical queries and issues they mayhave, you will be first point of contact for booking in vehicles into theworkshop for work to be carried out informing customers of the progress of theirvehicle.
Tomaintain a presentable appearance and hygiene, ensuring that work wear isregularly cleaned.
Youmust hold a current valid clean driving license.
Workinghours are 46.33 hours on a shift system by rota.
Mondayto Friday 8am to 5.30pm and 8.30am to 6pm. 1 in 3 Saturdays.
