Official franchised dealer for many of the UK’s most popular car and commercial vehicle brands, including Ford, Kia, Mazda, and Vauxhall.Service Advisor duties:• Your remit will be to meet and greet customers bringing their vehicles to the car dealership for scheduled & non-scheduled servicing and repairs.• Booking customer vehicles into the workshop and keeping them up to date on the progress.• Support the after-sales function and the various staff members in the department such as workshop controllers & assist the service manager in the day-to-day running of a busy after-sales department.• Manage customer expectations and always strive for a professional approach.• Upselling any additional products to new and existing customers.Requirements:• Looking for an experienced Service Advisor from a Car Dealership, Bodyshop or independent background.• Professional and presentable individual.• Full UK Driving licence.• Willing to work weekends.Company benefits:• Training.• Company pension.• Employee discount.Any applications will be 100% confidential.Perrys Motor Sales are working with Octane Recruitment to cover all their recruitment needs.
