Job Opportunity

If you are looking for a customer service advisor role with a difference, this could be just what you have been waiting for. The ideal candidate will have good experience in customer service, great customer skills, is organized and adaptable, computer literate and comfortable with computerized systems! You will be part of a small team in this well-renowned family business. This role will suit experienced Service Advisors, a Workshop Controller who wants more customer interaction, or a technician looking to get off the tools or indeed someone looking to forge a new career in the motor trade. Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers, book in work, and keep clients updated


• General admin, answering phone and emails


• Work with the rest of the team

Qualifications

• Relevant motor trade experience essential


• Technical knowledge beneficial


• Customer service experience essential

Salary and Benefits

• Basic salary up to £32,000


• Bonus scheme currently £8000 pa


• 3-day weekend every other week!


• Training given


• 20 days holiday + BH
