Service Advisor - Automotive - A new opportunity for a Service Advisor has become available for a franchised car dealership in Llandow.

Do you want to be part of a dynamic and customer-focused automotive service department? As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support throughout the vehicle service process.

Our client are open to experience, as long as you have an excellent customer facing background and want to work in the automotive industry. The Job: Automotive Service Advisor

• As an automotive Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between customers and the workshop.
• You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have.
• You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time.
• You will also can give the best advice on our products and services to customers.
• This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need a working experience within a Service Advisor role
• The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
• Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
• Familiarity with using Pinnacle would be an advantage
• Update Customers and Vehicle Records
• Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the Service Advisor role requires

Experience: Service Advisor

• Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail.
• A strong automotive customer service background would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.
