Service Advisor - Automotive / Aftersales - A new opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor has become available for a franchised car dealership in Oldham, to join our clients aftrersales team.

Do you want to be part of a dynamic and customer-focused automotive service department? As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support throughout the vehicle service process.

The Job: Automotive Service Advisor

• As an experienced Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between customers and the workshop.
• You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have.
• You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time.
• You will also can give the best advice on our products and services to customers.
• This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need a working experience within a Service Advisor role
• The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
• Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
• Familiarity with using Kerridge would be ideal
• Update Customers and Vehicle Records
• Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the Service Advisor role requires

Experience: Service Advisor

• Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail.
• A strong automotive customer service background would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.
