Service Administrator / Service Coordinator / Engineering Administrator required to join a leading engineering manufacturer based near Swindon.
The Service Administrator / Service Coordinator / Engineering Administrator will be responsible for the administration, quotations, stock control, quality and purchasing costs for various electrical engineering / electrical power products & services plus technical support to the sales and service teams where required.

The successful Service Administrator / Service Coordinator / Engineering Administrator will ideally have strong IT capabilities - SAP, CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook with experience in a similar administrator, contract support, technical engineering support or customer service role.

The Service Administrator / Service Coordinator / Engineering Administrator Role- Administration, quotations, stock control, quality and purchasing costs for various electrical engineering / electrical power products & services plus technical support to the sales and service teams where required.
- Follow-up with customers who have received service and sales quotations and Issue Service contract invoices.
- Support with shipment tracking/ coordination to ensure timely deliveries.
- Dealing with quotations for electrical engineering products & services.
- Coordinate and organise service engineer visits.
- Liaise with various engineering departments.
The Service Administrator / Service Coordinator / Engineering Administrator Requirements- Previous as an Engineering Administrator, Inventory Control Administrator, Service Administrator, Inventory Controller, Stock Controller, Stores Controller, Storeman, Service Coordinator or similar position is essential.
- Good understanding of stock, invoicing, and spreadsheet work.
- The successful Technical Support / Engineering Administrator / Inventory Controller will ideally have strong IT capabilities - SAP, CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook with�experience in a similar Administrator, contract support, technical support, or customer service�role.
- Confident communication skills.
- Ensure a flexible approach to tasks given in a busy working environment.
- Previous experience working in an engineering/manufacturing environment would be desirable, but not essential.
- Commutable to the office near Swindon.
