My client is a Multi Franchised Car Dealer based in Portslade, looking to recruit a Service Administrator to join their busy department. No Automotive experience necessary. You must have previous experience within an Administration role.



The role is to work in the Aftersales department and to support the front-line team.



Service Administrator duties will include:




  • Taking incoming booking calls, providing service quotes, and reserving loan cars / collection appointments

  • Raising paperwork / job packs in preparation of customer's appointments

  • Making outbound calls for: VHC follow-up to appoint customers, make booking appointments for specially ordered parts

  • Updating vehicle and customer records

  • Supporting front-line staff with administration duties



Requirements for the Service Administrator role:




  • Have previous experience as an Administrator

  • You will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and wanting to deliver your best. The role requires someone who has strong selling skills, as you will be required to promote services and previously unsold work to customers.

  • You will need excellent communication and telephone skills

     



Package

Basic of £29,000



Hours

8am till 6pm Monday to Friday plus 1 hour lunch break, 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am till 12pm
