Job DescriptionJob SummaryYour primary role is to create and implement SEO strategies and ultimately deliver results for our clients. We expect you to have top-notch SEO knowledge, both on-page and off-page, whilst continuously keeping up to date with the latest SEO news and updates.This is an exciting opportunity to help us craft an exceptional SEO service by helping us build out processes for the agency and really make them your own. There will also be training responsibilities for 1 junior member of our team (and hopefully more depending on our growth). The career path we envision for this role is to become our Head of SEO, should you deliver on the above.MeasurablesOver the first 3 months of your role, we need to be certain that you can independently create SEO strategies, implement them for our clients and continuously optimise/review the strategies, whilst maintaining a great relationship with them and keeping them happy!Alongside this we also need to see you build out on our existing processes and train our SEO exec to deliver awesome results too.This can be gauged in the following ways:Client retentionClient resultsClient feedbackDevelopment of junior SEOHow much support you requireGeneral feedback/feeling from Repeat managementResponsibilities & DutiesDevelop and execute successful SEO strategiesBe familiar with and use a wide range of SEO tools including Screaming Frog, SERanking, Semrush & many moreMonitor and build domain authority link-building strategies, website optimisation, content marketing & CROCompleting detailed keyword research in a time-efficient mannerWorking with website CMS which can include WordPress, Shopify and moreBuilding out SEO processesTraining junior SEO execsCollaborating with the PPC & Digital PR department on mutual clients and internal teamsBuilding great relationships with clientsReporting results to clients & Repeat managementBalancing & prioritising a client pool whilst keeping mindful of reasonable time spent on each clientEngaging with internal solutions & processes, such as our CRM & ClockifyKeeping up to date with the latest SEO news and featuresSupport with Repeat’s marketing activitiesAssisting the sales team with proposals & auditsAttitude we’re looking forWe have ambitious targets and we know that we’ll only get there with a superstar team.
