This role combines creativity with analysis, with the goal of developing digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic and revenue against return-on-investment targets.What you get:210 hours (28 days) of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).22.5 hours (3 days) paid sickness.Workplace pension through Royal London.Staff discount of 30% (Pro:Direct) and 50% (Do Clothing).Seasonal shut down over the Christmas period with a gifted day of leave.Discounted Gym Membership through Premier Gym, Newton Abbot.National Gym discounts are available through Hussle and Nuffield Health.Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for staff & family members.Annual Pay Reviews and Appraisals.‘Refer a friend’ policy, with bonus rewards for successful referrals.Free Annual Flu Jabs.Enhanced Sick Pay Scheme for staff with over 5 years length-of-service.Casual work attire.PDS has a vibrant & passionate culture.Based in the heart of Devon, we have rolling green hills, sandy beaches, and mysterious moorlands - as far as locations go you can’t beat the Southwest.What we look for in our teamTo add cultual and professional value to the teamBe 100% yourself, we are geniuine and love what we doPassion…without it we would not be where we are todayA true team player, we work and play hard togetherA True desire to deliver outstanding customer focused solutionsWhat we need you to doMeasure and report performance natural search activity and assess against specific goals (ROI and KPIs).Create effective reporting that allows senior members of Pro:Direct and the individual teams to understand the performance of natural search with regards to the websites and related KPIs.Reply to ad-hoc requests for data and insights from various members of the Pro:Direct team.Identify and execute opportunities to improve search rank for key terms at the top, middle, and bottom of our marketing funnel.Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation.Collaborate with content marketing and content contributors to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms.Optimise copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.Keep close to google guideline changes to make sure all websites are in line with the guidelines and we cannot in risk of any penalties.Your SkillsDemonstrable experience running SEO campaigns and a deep understanding of natural search, from On-page optimisation to technical SEO.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns.Relevant marketing qualification or proven experienceSolid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., GA4)Experience with modern SEO tools and reporting suites like SEMRush, Botify etc.Apply for positionGet Connected.Get regular updates on all things Pro:Direct, connect with us.
