Keyword Research and Optimisation - Conduct thorough keyword research to enhance content relevance, optimise on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, and content. Analyse internal linking structures for improved SEO.
Content Gap Analysis and Creation - Collaborate with our on-site trading teams to identify content gaps. Create new pages and user journeys optimised for both search engines and users. Enhance existing taxonomies to improve content organisation.
Recommendations and Implementation - Take ownership of SEO recommendations. Communicate effectively within the team and implement changes within platforms. Collaboration and Strategy - Work closely with the Assistant SEO Manager for content and devise strategies to enhance performance while aligning with overall objectives.
Agency Management - Support management in coordinating with our external copywriting agency.
Who you are An understanding of SEO, and how content impacts SEO visibility and performance.
Familiar with the types of pages and content that exist on an eCommerce site, and how these could be optimised for search engines.
Project management and co-ordination due to large volumes of content changes and data required.
Desirable to understand the impact of content on consumer behaviour and how it drives engagement.
Collaborative and able to build great working relationships with many stakeholders, writers, editors, designers, marketing, and web developers. Ability to manage external agencies on a project basis.
Ability to communicate ideas clearly, effectively, persuasively to an individual or a group. Excellent grasp of English spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
Willing to do self-learning to keep up to date with latest SEO industry news and provide regular updates to the SEO and Stories team on the latest search marketing trends.
