Job Description· Work directly with the owner to lead and manage the factory. · Lead the designer and pattern cutting team.· Produce high-quality footwear patterns in line with design specifications.· Actively participate in design meetings and contribute to creative ideas.· Implement quality control measures to maintain the company's high standards.· Use CAD software to assist in the design and pattern cutting process.· Train junior staff members in the art of pattern cutting.· Assist in the sourcing of high-quality materials.
The Successful Applicant· Womens footwear experience. A strong team leader, able to manage the design and pattern cutting team and work directly with the owner and creative director.· Excellent knowledge of pattern cutting and footwear design.· Proficiency in using CAD software.· An ability to work in a team and lead when necessary.· A passion for quality and an eye for detail.
