Senior Wholesale Manager/Head Of | Global Luxury Fashion BrandSenior Wholesale Manager/ Head Of- Luxury BrandFella & Jones are exclusively partnered with this growing international Luxury Ladies & Menswear brand, in the search of a Senior Wholesale Manager to join their London Head Office.With incredible growth and significant press of late, this couldn’t be a more exciting time to join the brand.Reporting into the Managing Director and Creative Director, you will take responsibility for the wholesale strategy globally.You will be responsible for maintaining existing accounts and developing new business/ doors. The brand currently operates across Europe and Asia with increased growth across North America. Candidates will need to demonstrate experience of driving wholesale growth in another like for like business (with international experience)As Senior Wholesale Manager you will take responsibility for· Liaising with existing clients, maintaining, and developing accounts relationships.· Creating seasonal and yearly wholesale budgets, and presenting to the Managing Director.· Investigate, plan and procure new lines or categories to market to your customer base· Setting and management of selling margins taking into account all your direct costs· Debt and payment terms with customers· Management of all invoices and any purchase orders raised need to be cleared in a timely manner· Increase customer spend through staff training and not missing any opportunities for new lines· Management of a Wholesale Assistant· Increases customer numbers within the wholesale business in your allocated area while maintaining excellent service to the current base· P&L responsibility for sales, delivery and justifying them to the Commercial Director· Ensuring that the brand is positioned correctly within the local and wider market in line with brand strategy· Possess a deep understanding of the collection and brand ambition· Expanding business, organising sales meetings on a regular basisTo be considered for this role you will need to have:· You will need to demonstrate a proven track record in developing relationships with Buyers as well as meeting and exceeding sales targets· Strong knowledge of the UK & International fashion industry; trends, products and competitors· You must be a self-starter and be able to motivate yourself and be flexible when required· Visiting customers out on the road is a huge part of this role, you must be confident to show and sell the collection in the showroom and out on the road· Strong organisation and communication skills as well as an excellent telephone manner· A fresh, energetic and results driven manner· Confident and outgoing· A strong interest in Luxury retail industry and designCandidates must possess strong luxury fashion wholesale experience to be considered for this role, with a wide and extensive network of contacts.For more information, please apply via LinkedIn or contact the Fella & Jones team directly at
