Job Description
Our client is a leading total environment solutions company. They are currently looking for a Senior Field Service Engineer to join their team based in various locations: Slough, Dartford, Redhill, Watford, Croydon, Guildford, Reading. Experience either servicing or installing & commissioning water treatment equipment is required, and this can range from water softeners, carbon filters, Reverse Osmosis units to chemical dosing, media filters and UV and where you’re competent and confident in fault-finding especially when new problems arise.
Key areas of responsibility:
Service, installation and commissioning of various water treatment equipment are key responsibilities
Surveys for site installations, including comprehensive parts lists
Commissioning data and providing client training on use of equipment once installed
Site activities, deliver’ toolbox talks’ and liaising with the clients on progress and project status updates
Requirements
Previous experience of working with water softeners or filtration systems within the water treatment industry is required
Must have a full UK Driving License
Be willing to travel
An ability to work with confidence and certainty ensuring all works are completed in accordance with Health and Safety and Environmental Regulations

What they offer:
They are looking to offer a salary of £45,000 depending on experience, for this role and are open to candidates of various levels. In addition, they offer company pension and healthcare, overtime opportunities, 40 hr working week, company vehicle, fuel card/credit card and annual bonus.

Proven track record in B2B sales and business development: Including prospecting new leads and closing complex opportunities from inception to scale
Excellent commercial negotiation skills: Ability to model, negotiate and close complex deals across multiple stakeholders
Experience working with commercial vehicle fleets: A good understanding of the fleet management value chain and fleet pain points
Commercial acumen: To enable you to forecast revenue for your territory accurately and customers, maintain contact information, business history and actively manage your prospect pipeline
Full UK driving license
What will help you stand out:
A strong network of contacts and relationships across the commercial fleet space, especially for truck, bus and van
Previous experience in EV charging systems or fleet electrification
