My client is currently in search of a Veterinary Surgeon who can take on the role of a Senior/Head Vet, assuming a leadership role to guide and nurture their team of veterinarians. As a pivotal figure within the management structure, you will be working closely with the Practice Principal, contributing to the effective oversight of practice management, organisation, and financial performance. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to play a role in shaping the future trajectory of their RCVS accredited practice in collaboration with the experienced leadership team, (while prior leadership experience is advantageous, it is not essential, as support will be readily available).
Benefits
· Salary up to £80,000 depending on experience
