Senior Vendor Manager & Procurement Optimisation - London (office 2x a month)
Annapurna are proud to be working with one of the most prestigious global accounting and consulting companies in the world - currently looking for a new Senior Manager for their Vendor Management and Procurement Optimisation team.
This is a high responsibility and high-growth role!
Key responsibilities:
Lead stakeholders and procurement in developing category plans
Drive supplier reviews, contract negotiations, and tender activities
Optimize commercial structures and performance frameworks
Deliver vendor management across various categories for the firm
Support service owners in maximizing vendor relationships and contracts
Ensure quality services from internal delivery partners
Generate insights from vendor and spend data
Qualifications required:
Extensive procurement experience, preferably with facilities management experience
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Demonstrable contract management skillset
Ability to analyze data and influence decisions
Proven stakeholder management skills
Experience in supplier relationship and commercial management
Ability to navigate and influence complex organizations
Interest in continuous improvement and industry standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
