I am partnered with a client who is constantly striving to meet the diverse needs of their customers around the globe.
We are seeking a seasoned Senior User Researcher to join this dynamic team working on a leading online marketplace. This requires a deep understanding of user behaviour.
You will be working closely with designers, researchers and project managers to conduct, explore and analyse research studies which will be used to aid the teams development with a user-centric mindset at heart, which will elevate user satisfaction and engagement across the platform.
Responsibilities:

Present and communicate results and recommendations which reflect the data seen in research
