***Senior UX Designer/ Senior Product Designer, Manchester***Great opportunity for a Senior UX Designer / Senior Product Designer to join a global commerce organization based in the Manchester city center.The company are a sustainable market leading organization which connects millions of buyers and sellers around the world.As a Senior Designer you’d be given the opportunity to work within one of the cross-functional squads made mainly of Engineers, Product people and User Experience Designers. You will play a key role in supporting and guiding young team members with a user-centric approach to design and build.SkillsGood experience of working as a Product/UX designer, solving B2C or B2C user problems.Strong experience of collaborating within a squad, understanding how to thrive in a cross-functional environment.Equally comfortable designing elegant interactions and interfaces, whilst keeping an eye on the overall user experience.Interest or exposure to web3 is desirable.Experience of Figma is desirable.Experience or interest in mentoring younger designers is desirable.Very comfortable talking to users.
