Senior Urban Designer

Bennett and Game currently have the pleasure of representing a well-established multidisciplinary practice, who are seeking an ambitious, Senior Urban Design to join their ever-growing team in either of their Bristol or Cardiff office. Our client have multiple specialist and dedicated teams within planning, urban design and landscape architecture, who work in a variety of sectors including Residential, Education, Heritage and Commercial.

As part of the Planning team, the successful Senior Urban Designer will be working directly with high-profile clients supporting with client meetings, running a project and assisting junior members of staff. Our client pride themselves in the quality of their work and the difference they make, therefore are seeking an individual who has a strong eye for detail.

Senior Urban Designer Position Remuneration

• Competitive salary, ranging from �30,000 to �40,000 depending on experience

Senior Urban Designer Position Overview

• Produce urban design concepts supported by well-considered design rationales
• Considering technical constraints
• Producing detailed Masterplan drawings
• Carrying out client meeting
• Supporting junior members of staff

Senior Urban Designer Position Requirements

• Degree Qualified in Architecture or planning
• 5+ years post qualification experience
• Have a design focus to your role, and with it a portfolio demonstrating design flair from experience within Practice
• Worked on master planning / regeneration projects
• A good personality - to both bring to the team and in order to liaise and work with other members of staff.
• Experience running a project is preferred
